Who all are guilty for Sudan scam?

The amount of Rs 150 million demanded by the court with Rana and Bharati for bail is the highest amount slapped by the court in the Sudan scam. The court ordered their release after both of them posted the bail amount of Rs 150 m each. Bharati presented the bail through bank guarantee of Rs 90 million from Civil Bank and of Rs 60 million from Siddhartha Bank while Rana posted the bail mortgaging the land registered in the name of 11 different individuals.

 The Special court on Wednesday released former Inspector General of Police Om Bikram Rana and local contractor Sambhu Bharati, two main accused in the multi-million rupees Sudan scam, on general dates after the duo posted the bail amount set by the court. But the one thing is why the role of the the political officials was not investigated and why they were let off the hook. This will remain mystery until the government shows any interest to find out the key person.
